Frequently Asked Questions About Coaching With Andrea
Find answers to common questions women most frequently ask about the PEARL Formation Method
What exactly is the PEARL Formation Method?
It's a five-phase coaching framework I use to guide women through reflection, growth, stability, rebuilding, and freedom. It is not therapy and it's not religious instruction it's a practical, faith-aware coaching approach that helps women slow down, get honest about where they are, and move intentionally toward the woman God created them to be.
What results do women typically experience?
Every woman's journey is unique, but common results include: more peace and internal calm, healthier boundaries, stronger identity and confidence, improved decision-making, deeper connection with God (if desired), less striving, more alignment, clarity around next steps and the confidence to take them, consistent, actionable steps toward meaningful personal and professional goals, practical habits and routines that support long-term growth and stability. My coaching isn't just reflective it's action oriented. By the end of the process, women are not only clearer about their purpose; they are actively moving in it.
Is this therapy?
No. I'm a certified life coach, not a licensed therapist or counselor. Coaching focuses on: clarity, goals, habits, accountability, boundaries, identity, alignment. I never diagnose, treat trauma, or operate outside the coaching scope. If deeper support is needed, I always encourage pairing coaching with therapy.
Do I need to be religious to work with you?
No. Many of my clients are exploring faith at their own pace or have had complicated relationships with God or church. I speak openly about how God worked in my story, and I coach from a place of identity, purpose, and alignment not pressure, guilt, or dogma. You can request prayer, but it's never required.
What is the tone of your coaching?
Gentle but direct. Grace-filled but honest. Faith-aware but never forceful. My goal is that you feel supported, challenged, and seen; not overwhelmed.
Do you offer refunds?
Because coaching is a live commitment of time, energy, and accountability, refunds are generally not offered. However, if a life event arises, I handle every situation with grace and fairness.
How do I know which program is right for me?
If you want the most support and accountability - 1:1. If you love community and shared breakthrough - Cohort. If you want to start privately - Self-Guided Path. If you're unsure, we can talk on a short clarity call to see what fits your season best.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! Many women start with the self-guided download and later join the cohort or move into 1:1 coaching when they're ready for deeper support.
What's the difference between the 1:1 program, the cohort, and the self-guided path?
1:1 Coaching: The deepest, most personalized option. Private sessions, individualized support, and a custom roadmap. Cohort (Group Coaching): A small group of women going through the process together community, shared lessons, and weekly group calls. Self-Guided Download: A great starting point for women who want to move quietly and privately at their own pace.
How long is the coaching process?
1:1 Coaching: 12 weeks. Group Cohort: 8 weeks. Self-guided: At your pace. These containers are designed to give you structure, clarity, accountability, and momentum Transformation often continues long after the program ends.
How do I get started?
Choose your path (1:1, Cohort, Self-Guided). Apply or purchase. Clarity Call (if coaching). Onboarding + resources. Begin your formation journey.
